Making her debut for Chris Waller, having had one previous start for Peter Moody earlier this year, Overstep looked sharp and fit with two recent trials under her belt.<\/p>\n
She raced up on the pace for Brenton Avdulla and kicked strongly down the running to win the 1200 metre maiden by a length and a half with blue-blooded Lonhro colt Star of Lonhro closing well for second.<\/p>\n
